Lyon College Outdoor ACT Prep Camp
Lyon College would like to offer your students an opportunity to address their need for ACT preparation and a little college campus experience by joining us for our 10th annual Outdoor ACT Prep Camps, June 2-3, 2021 or June 7-8, 2021.
Students will get a taste of campus life (spending the night in a dorm, meeting current college students and eating in our cafeteria) and will receive specialized ACT instruction by Stephen A. Leake, President of College Prep Coach, Inc. http://collegeprepcoachlittlerock.com/Class_Info.html
With over 30 years’ experience in high school education and standardized test preparation, Mr. Leake offers students a unique opportunity to maximize their testing ability.
The instruction has proven value and can be fresh on the students’ minds come Saturday, June 12 (national ACT testing date), combining Mr. Leake’s sessions (12 hours total) with a sprinkle of fun. Each year this camp has produced an average 3 to 7 point increase in students’ ACT composite scores!
Due to COVID restrictions, we are only able to have 60 students for the 2 camp sessions (30 students maximum in each camp), please encourage your students to take advantage of this opportunity before it’s too late. To register, students simply need to complete our online form https://www.lyon.edu/act-camp. The camp fee is $250 before May 14 ($300 after May 14), which covers the 12 hours of test instruction, all activities, and room/board.
